Recently bought a pair of burton photon snowboarding boots and it was an excellent experience. Got me into a boot which is exceptionally comfortable and the perfect size for me. Really good people to talk to and know their stuff when it comes to fitting boots. Coming back in a week or two to pick up a snowboard that’s being tuned and to look at getting a custom footbed done for my new boots s due to my flat feet. Looking forward to it.

Adam and the team are fantastic. I purchased a pair of comfy, perfectly fitting boots which enabled me to ski for 7 days straight in Japan in Feb without any issue.I also purchased some new skis which Adam sourced for me on very short notice.Couldn't be happier with SX Snow's service.

The whole team were amazing but I want to make a special mention of Dave who fitted me for a pair of my own ski boots. For the first time ever, I was so comfortable skiing as my boots fitted me perfectly and he had taken the time and care to mould them to my imperfect feet! Hire gear for the rest of the family was also top notch. Great service, great staff. We will definitely be back!

My first pair of customized ski boots were fitted by these guys earlier in the season. After thinking I wouldn't be able to ski again (or for the last 10 years) due to some old injuries and terrible hire boot experiences, I was very pleased to have had a great ski trip with my new boots. They spent so much time making sure they were just right.

We highly recommend SX Snow for all your snow gear. We have been going to Nicole and Adam for many years for all our snowboarding/ski gear (buying & hiring) as they have a huge selection of quality products. If you want friendly customer service with staff who know what they are talking about, go see them !!

Outstanding service from a very knowledgable team. If you need new boots, these guys are the place to go in Sydney. They got me into the perfect boot, custom moulded footbeds and blew the boot out in the right places. A few visits required but well worth it.My ski boots are super comfortable. It's like wearing running shoes.Thanks to all. Very funny final session.
