I absolutely love my pieces from Soul Quartz. It feels so beautiful to wear ethically sourced raw crystals that are beautifully crafted into their setting. I rarely buy jewellery these days unless I have strong connection and I keep falling in love with Tegan's pieces! I felt to leave a review because I truly love the beauty, integrity and reverence for the natural world that Soul Quartz represents.

Disappointing gift purchase didn’t endure past a year.The online photos look stunning and my wife was very happy with the stone, however the clasp on the necklace broke after 8 months. After contacting Soul Quartz for 6 weeks to seek a replacement, my wife finally got in contact with Tegan who apologised for the lack or response due to someone else running the shop. My wife was assured a replacement chain was going to be sent out. Following the phone call, nothing has been received and further attempts to contact Tegan have fallen on deaf ears. We’re now over 3 months since the first contact and the customer service appears non existence, no return phone calls, emails, simply ignored.Unfortunately for us the fantastic photos found online didn’t translate to a quality product or great customer service. $100 spent, now has the added cost and effort of having to buy a new chain to replace the faulty part. If you enjoy value and service perhaps this isn’t the place for you!

The best most exquisite candles!! I LOVE these candles. They are the best I have found. The oil blend and aromas are divine. I love Purpose. When I smell it I can feel the gorgeous aroma/energy travelling all the way down to the deepest part of my belly. Where my purpose resides! The beautiful design of the crystals in the candle stays the same all the way to the end of the candle's life. Amazing. I highly recommend these beautiful candles. Tia

Bought a yellow gold filled garnet pendant necklace while visiting Burleigh Heads and experienced fantastic and friendly customer service in store. After only a couple of weeks the chain on my necklace broke and after a quick email the team had organised a replacement to be sent to my home in Melbourne. Cannot fault the team and their customer service. Will certainly be purchasing from them again!

Oh my goodness hun! These Apatite rings are even more stunning in real life! I cannot believe how quick they turned up (ordered Thursday night, here before 9am Monday). And the piece of moonstone you popped in as an extra is gorgeous!!! It has some beautiful blue flashes which match my Apatite. Will be placing next to my bed. You didn’t have to do that, but Thank you so so much ☺️ Love love that I’ve been able to add these pieces to my collection of other amazing jewellery I have purchased from you, not to mention the incredible Citrine necklace and loose tumble stones I’ve brought for my crystal loving daughter. Could not recommend higher. Tegan’s professionalism coupled with her warm nature is second to none ☺️

STUNNING jewellery made with so much love! AND I was so impressed by Tegan & her lovely assistant Jen's desire to help me choose the perfect earrings for me. In fact, they didn't only help me choose, they offered to put the stones I wanted on the hoops I wanted, and customised them for me right there on the spot! I couldn't be happier with my earrings, a much deserved gift to myself, and I just LOVE that I get to support a small (and growing!) local business! Yay! Thanks Ladies! I just LOVE my Labradorite earrings :)
