Lulu's Massage & Salt & Sugaring

My two daughters have had sinus problems the last few weeks so decided to try Salt Room therapy. I came across Lulus on Groupon and purchased the 6 session voucher. The girls have come everyday for the last 3 days and they have felt so much better. More energy , sleeping better and no muscle soreness. Will definitely recommend Lulus so kind and helpful every visit

Got some sugaring done here. The cleaning practices were terrible and it was the most painful wax I’ve ever had. She went over the same spot multiple times which resulted in a layer of my skin coming off. The aftermath was horrific

I had the best massage I've ever had (prior to Melbourne's 6th lockdown). It was just what I needed after a few very stressful weeks. My body ached before going there, and afterwards I felt a lot more relaxed, and felt the tension in my shoulders had eased. I can't wait to go back and have another massage again.

Wow what an amazing experience. 5 stars for this place. It’s so easy to find, parking was available right out front, the place is immaculately clean and gives a relaxing vibe from the moment you go up the stairs. Lucy herself made sure to greet me quickly at the top of the stairs and she was extremely friendly and attentive.I got the 45min salt therapy with massage and liked it so much that I’ve already booked my return visit.If your looking for a relaxation massage, do yourself a favour and try this place out!

I had a great massage and scrub today, I feel great now, looking forward to going back again soon as possible. Lucy was very polite and easy going personality that made the time there very good. Hopefully the wife will come next time.

One girl in attendance who required phone translator to communicate I requested 1hr deep tissue. She wanted cash I had only card. She not happy. She struggled with machine not knowing where to tap my card after she took it from me. I took the card back and tapped at top successfully. She lead me into a room to change Twenty seconds later she storms in saying no massage no massage. Pay pay. I said I paid. I retrieved my phone opened bank app and showed her transaction. She still was saying pay pay. I said I have. She rang another non speaking English person who she transversed with. She requested to see my statement again. I showed her and she took a pic of it. I allowed her as she was making such a fuss thinking for some reason no payment or something. I’m not sure. She then says ok ok and indicates to get on table. As I did this I said what’s going on but got on my stomach. She slipped my undies off and massaged my back then intimately on my backside. She flipped after 20 minutes and grabbed my todger. I said no, just massage. She continued for 10 minutes until 30 all up and said thank you and indicated finished. I said I paid 1hr deep tissue. She said finish sorry finish. I said it’s 75 all around here for hour. She said I finished. I said I paid 1hr. She ok begrudgingly And indicated to get back on table. Again I was upset and said what’s going on as I lay on my stomach. Couldn’t understand me and massaged all up 53 minutes and said finish.Poor massage. It was obvious that after money issue at start then became clear it was all about extra money for pulling todger. If u don’t want todger dealt with and only massage and u haven’t got cash, go somewhere else
