Had my 6 cylinder headers Hot Jet coated By CAE in the Sterling color " they turned out awesome

Sold me headers for HZ Holden which were difficult to fit took forever to fabricate as they made them wrong then remade them can’t remove oil filter and fouling on upper steering column sent them this email still waiting for a reply.Thanks so who pays for this I payed to have them made they were delayed as they were made wrong before they were sent so not a great start I then paid to have them ceramic coated worn of where upper steering is hitting them I paid to have them fitted which was a major pain according to the mechanic fitting them to quote the were really horrible to fit but look good how do you change oil filter .So who pays to have them removed and mailed who drives me to work while you sort them and repost them and refit them.Thanks

A very bad experience. I told them all of the car details including the mods, they said they had a starter motor that would fit. After 2 hours, I gave up trying to fit it. Called them, most unhelpful. They then pointed out a 20% rehandling fee, never knew about that one, as I paid over the phone and was not told about that. Australian Consumer law states if the product is not fit for purpose" a full refund must be given. After 8 phone calls

Avoid. Parts are poorly made, ZERO customer support. 2 months and counting waiting for partial refund to cover parts costs" to fix his rubbish.These $600 headers would have made less power than stock exhaust manifold.30mm secondary pipe inside the primary collector. The hit the powerglide and the drag link.Time this joint closed its doors."

Courteous and efficient , Arron and Con pursued a warranty claim for nearly 6 months until I was reimbursed by the manufacturer. Nice work folks and the a.c. is running real sweet now.

Avoid at all costs!!! Poorly made parts that don't fit and are not fit for purpose. Repeated back and forth to try and get an solutiononly to get a partial refund on a product that is no good in the first place. There are a heap of alternative companies around that are better to deal with and have products that work.

Con the owner is the most difficult person to deal with, basically hides behind his secretary and is always busy on the phone……got a steering rack conversions of him and it’s half finished and engineered wrong. Terrible machining nothing is true.. being a machinist myself it’s hard to believe people like this are in business! Stay away at all cost! Con I’ll be driving up there soon mate for a chat ;)

One of the worst ever experience.Should not be in business. I took a short piece of exhaust into them to get fixed, after consulting with the workshop yes can do and given me a price, I was told that it would be ready in 1 1/2 hours. As I live 45 minutes away I was walking the streets of Castlemaine, when 1 hour later I received a phone call that it can't be done because they have no stock of the exhaust. No apology whatsoever, as the exhaust is of my truck I needed it to get fixed. A trip to Ballarat and West Exhaust fixed it on the spot, maybe 10 min tops and for 1/2 the price.

Very bad service would not take anything there to get fixed.I had the steering wheel taken off for work, when I got the Ute back the steering wheel was 4 splines out , I took it straight back, I was told my front end was out, it was ok when I took the ute in. they tried three times to got it wright. I had to take it to Toyota to get fixed.
