I went into the store with the intention of buying a bed as recommended by friends as well as a Chiro. I received the full attention of staff (Devon, and Mario, as he became free) over the course of 1.5 hours and impressively was recommended the cheaper of the beds that I tried out, rather than being persuaded that the more expensive model was better for me. I also left with a test pillow and have a 60 day Happiness" Guarantee so that I end up with the perfect bed. I feel well informed and content that I have made a positive choice for my health. I came into Beds for Backs looking for a pillow to help my sore neck. The shop assistant, Devon, was incredibly helpful and walked me through testing a series of pillows to find the right fit for me. It was a great experience. I'm very excited to go to bed tonight to try out my new pillow!

My wife and I bought a mattress from Beds for Backs over 10 years ago, and when it was time to replace the mattress, I returned to see what was available. The staff at the Heidelberg were fantastic, and knew their stock. They were even able to look up what I bought 10 years ago and showed me the modern, much updated model. I got my new mattress - with a great discount! Delivery was a breeze to organise and the communication around when the mattress was going to be delivered was good. All up - a great experience - many thanks!

We have been customers of Beds for Backs for over 15 years and have purchased several mattresses from Peter Scroggie for both normal beds and adjustable electric beds. Cannot say enough good things about his sales service, after sales service and product quality. They are all A1. Don't go anywhere else for a bed or mattress. These guys have it covered.
