Great brand new gym. They have a variety of equipment that is great for all level of user. I've been training for over 15 years and I do appreciate using different equipment to activate different fibres of the muscle. They offer affordable membership options.

Best gym in Adelaide. As soon as you drive up to the gym, you’re already in a workout mood. Walking in to see a fully stocked shop with your favourite clothes from Ryderwear. The Matt black gym is a vibe, you can’t help but get your PB’s here. If you are serious about lifting, this is the place you need to be.

One of the best gyms I have been to in a long time. Plenty of weights, punching bags and plyometric equipment. Recommend this to anyone wanting that friendly and energetic atmosphere.

I was super nervous about joining a new gym. This gym is super close to my work so I couldn’t miss the opportunity! I am so happy and comfortable here. Starting to get a routine which is amazing. The staff are wonderful and always are happy to have a quick chat on my way out! The clothing is good quality, the gym equipment is all new and fancy which is a plus! Great atmosphere to be in all round
