Our family experienced an unexpected loss and had to organise a funeral / cremation. Clinton Shearman from Simplicity Funerals at the Sunshine Coast was absolutely wonderful. He was so kind, caring, personal and understanding. We really appreciated his advice and guidance, which he provided in a very professional manner. On the day, he and Elizabeth were a great team. The kindness they showed our family was genuine and very appreciated. Thankyou Clinton.

It was a really difficult time when my Mother passed away. But the service at Simplicity was really proffessional and really helped my grieving family. Lorraine was really understanding and Amazing and I'm really thankful she was there.

Miranda BranchArranged funeral at Miranda Branch spoke to Maree. The funeral was paid for on the 22/4/22 received receipt for the payment. Funeral was on the 3/5/22.Since this time we have been harassed by debt collectors and today received a threatening letter from Simplicity stating they intend taking legal action for non payment - what a joke.Have spoken to them many times and they assured us that the problem will be fixed (payment put to someone else's account) not only have they failed to fix it but didn't even offer an apology.Cannot speak to anyone of authority to fix the problem - not good enough.The family is very upset by my sister in laws sudden death they don't need this incompetence. Cannot recommend Simplicity they take your money and then stuff up.

Working with Lorraine made everything so much easier in such a difficult time. Thank you for all your compassion you showed our family.
