Elders Real Estate Salisbury

My wife and I have had several rental properties in Queensland. This is our first rental property being managed in South Australia. Elders Real Estate top the list for unprofessionalism, non-communication to owners and not working on the behalf of the owner. If you decide to use Elders, do so at your peril. With all the faults with Elders Real Estate, we have just now been informed that the current tenants have not paid rent since 29 May 19. To top it off, Elders Real Estate have not contacted us (owners). I am grateful that we are leaving Elders Real Estate due to their lack of administration / execution of our Property.

Elders is a highly polished and professional team. Their property management leaves nothing to chance.

DO NOT LET THEM MANAGE YOUR RENTAL OR SELL YOUR HOME! they got me the worst tenant who caused excessive damage to the property and failed to vacate for days after her eviction and then when it went to tribunal some how managed to make it so I had to pay the tenant nearly $1000 in compensation. I tried to sell my home through them but they didn't hold any open inspections or do anything they promised so I took the property away from them and refused to pay. since they were managing my rental property they withdrew the fee form my rental income without permission. they are dodgy and unprofessional. LANDLORDS BE WARNED

Two and a half years of consistently poor property management whilst having frequent change of property managers. Will be seeking legal advice.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Absolutely incompetent and disgusting! Beware when using elders salisbury, they will rip you off. Have never dealt with such an unprofessional company.

Staff are very aggressive and rude -I have heard this from others too.. abit late for me !They Don’t keep on top off book work and rental payments, don’t give them your property to maintain!( they’ll just loose your paperwork and bills, and run around with their heads cut off! )One star is a complement !

If I can even stop 1 person from using this place then this review would have been worth it. Use them at your own risk, 1* is a generous review.
