Great range of just about anything except groceries. Clothing from all brands and wide selection. Pricing very reasonable especially given the quality and range available. Quality kitchenware shoes clothing acce#ories including designer brands and watches plus books luggage and electrical appliances all welldisplayed in a quiet shopping environment. If they don't have your size or prefered colour in stock and you purchase while in store, there is a free delivery store to door service.

Disappointed this morning to be looking at Chanel makeup and was asked by Suzie within 10 seconds of being there if she could help me. I mentioned I was after a cc cream and she told me the foundation I was testing was too light for me (didn’t ask her opinion). Then she tried to sell me a different foundation (I kept having to remind her that I was only interested in the one I came in for) and she knew nothing about either product so she asked 2 other women who proceeded to have a conversation as if I wasn’t there. Sick of being ignored and realising that all 3 had no clue what they were talking about, I walked away saying I’ll buy it online from Myer!!

My absolute go to for male colognes, the staff are friendly and informed, they always go above and beyond what is expected and the toxic guy at Myers Charlestown has nothing on the expertise of even the most inexperienced staff at DJs. I'm unconventional looking, but I'm treated the same as anybody here, they are polite and helpful and it's the reason I'll happily spend a ridiculous amount of money for the latest fragrance. Highly recommend them for quality product and quality customer service, great job David Jones Kotara.

The store is always clean and the staff are so helpful. Last week, I was told that the store was about to close, but they still let me run in and pick up a few things. I really appreciate their kindness and flexibility.

Great customer service. I had to return a Christmas present as it was the wrong size. I had lost the receipt but that wasn’t an issue. They were happy to swap for correct size. Very impressed with how it was handled.
