Allie was absolutely amazing to deal with.Having never ordered a custom piece of jewellery before in my life-or any jewellery for that matter I was very intimidated when I started to look for an engagement ring.I didn’t need to be, Allie was so brilliant in how she explained her process and what options I had, really taking her time to help me understand what she could do. She came back with loads of options and quotes, and the final product was just amazing. So much so that my then fiancée and I had no doubts that we’d get her to make our wedding rings also.Throughout it all, Allie was professional, communicated clearly and was more than happy to answer any of our questions, as well as resizing and tweaking things right at the end of the process. 5/5 10/10 100/100 I cannot recommend her enough.
