After a thorough search in the market, we decided to use Dentec's services to build our first dental practice. All we had then was a location and a space of 110 sq mts . We had no ideas, no design and no vision on how we wanted our practice to look.Roy and Jed guided us through every step meticulously, with no push or pressure to accept anything they brought to us week after week. Right from demolition, layout plans, build, material quality, stage wise virtual 3D appearance, aesthetics of practice, signage, steri equipments, including personal inputs on business development; Roy was with us all throughout the journey. Dan, Dentec's prime builder was accomodative of every little change we asked for during the process and provided us with genuine  tips on how these changes would impact long term. The best part of the experience in the 4 months build period was, never a phone call was unanswered or a request  unheard.Out of the four national builders we took cost estimates from, Dentec fared the best in price. We did not build a fancy dental practice with outstanding top class features. Dentec built us a clinically functional, customer & staff friendly and simple 4 chair modern styled practice that was built to last.With no doubt at heart we will use Dentec's  services again in the future.
