European gym gear.Much is poorly designed and unergonomic.Plates are overly bulky. Plate stands also poorly designed.Smith machine gives far too much assistance.Incline barbell bench feels totally wrong.Would never purchase this gear over a reputable US or Australian brand.

From experience, this is some if the most unreliable gym equipment I've ever used! Nearly all the techogym equipment at Virgin Active Frenchs Forest is faulty. It's been faulty for years! Apparently Techogym consultants can't even fix it!

I bought Skillrow from Technogym a month ago and loved it. All the process from sale, delivery, installation were so professional, friendly & efficient. It’s so easy to connect with machine via Wifi. I’m now ordering Bike Forma and a few more. By the time my home gym is built & complete, I will have all equipments from Technogym.

Technogym make the highest quality equipment i.e. you get what you pay for. Great customer service and they treat me well. Their strength machines have the heaviest duty construction you'll ever see in commercial gym equipment, with classy designs and Italian style.

We used them for a gym refit in out apartment building. Very good, until you've paid the invoice. Then service drops off a cliff. Months of waiting and constant emails chasing outstanding problems and no reply. Would not use again.I should also add that the manager's reaction to this review was not to find out what was wrong, but to threaten me.
