Took ages to get served. The restaurant was filthy. Floors looked like they hadn't been moped all day, bins were full and there was food wrappers throughout the restaurant.

I just got my order for your shop and got home after a long day and all of the orders were missing fries, this is truly unacceptable and it is not the first time that it has happened, I do not have the energy to drive back to the store after a long day of work to get what had paid for. Very unhappy.

What a joke KFC has become, notified 30 minutes after order was placed! only to be told they were sold out of wicked wings and a multitude of other things.Also noted about 5 workers on break together whilst drive through line up was out onto the street at 8pm busiest period.Kitchen was also filthy with various food safety issues identified.Have seen other reports on here of chicken being dropped on the floor and then still served

Lovely service, very polite and patient. Food was quite yummy also. Chips could have had a bit more flavouring/salt. It's not really a place for children there's nothing there for them.

Had to repeat my order 5 times through the speaker than another 2 times at the window to the girl and she still gave me the wrong thing. Get home half way through the burger and pull plastic out of my mouth. This restaurant continues to show how useless it is.

This is by far the worst fast food joint I've ever been to, and I even went back just to see if it was a fluke, or actually something you should expect.25 minute wait for food that didn't come. And people that placed similar orders received their ahead of me.The staff are overwhelmed, so I'm not necessarily blaming them, but the overall vide is they'd rather be anywhere else.How KFC can seriously keep this franchisee is beyond me. Keeping these operators is doing nothing for the brand.Do yourself a favour and go to the next closet one, it'll probably be faster.

Chicken served in a sloppy and grungy setting with other customers who will not hesitate to take your meal bag if they fancy it. Food packing area littered with stale spilled food and every now and then, the team member will toss some of it into a lunch box that needs extra filling

Everytime here some issue. Part of order missing or under cooked chips. Now streetwise feast is app order only. Tonight no original chicken for until tomorrow.

Terrible customer service from the blond girl that was in drive thru at around 6:30 last night (29th of may). When taking my order at the microphone she continuously turned off her microphone mid order and had me repeat myself at least 3 times. Then when I got to the window I was not confident she had my whole order so I asked her to repeat it back, to which multiple things were wrong so after she changed it I asked if she could repeat the order again. She begrudgingly sighed, pressed the button on her headset to complain about how long I was taking to the other employees and then rushed through reading the order again. I understand that sometimes you need to get cars out of the drive thru in a timely manner but there were literally 2 cars behind me and noone in front of me. The girl that was working needs to be spoken to about how to properly treat customers even if she has to deal" with many of them every shift."

The first thing I noticed was the mess on the floors. Food paper and cardboard everywhere. These photos do no justice. Absolutely disgusting, filthy, Ferrell shop. Not one clean table to eat at with my family. The counter staff were rude and obnoxious. After requesting a table to be cleaned, we received our food, only to be disappointed. The chicken was well over cooked, dry. The food quality standard is appalling to say the least.Someone needs to be held accountable, obviously the manager/management are not doing their jobs properly. There is a lack of leadership in the store. It's like watching the blind lead the blind.I believe the store needs to be restructured, and a new manager who actually leads his team.Maybe an audit report would help.And a letter to head office.
