I love my new adjustable queen split icloud5000 bed it's very comfortable, I now get a good night sleep although mattress can hold the heat. Great value best around. Ladies helpful even when bed arrived with a missing part. Once I notified them they sorted it quick.straiggt awaystraight away

Terrible communication. Was told in January my item would arrive within 12 weeks. Still waiting and have had to contact them every time I want to know what's going on. Avoid this company! I've already contacted consumer affairs to see what I can do to get my deposit back.
