Kristy the manager is awesome and my room is always cleaned by the cleaners who do an amazing job 20 stars from me thankyou so much for making my stay comfortable

Lovely hostess/owner Janine and excellent staff. The food is also quite good in the evenings. They look after you well but pricey at $150 per night - $190 if you want a spa bath on the second floor!I think the food has improved - dinner here is excellent30th November 2021 - the food is really excellent! I highly recommend it!21st February 2022 - just as good as before!

Nice clean place.Good rooms with plenty of space.I'm in a room in my wheelchair and still have access to both toilet and shower.Good very helpful staff.Highly recommend this accommodation.Right next to local workers club and only mi items walk to centre of lismore. Awesome.

Really wonderful motel with spacious rooms, friendly staff & great location. Stayed here for a couple of months for work and the owners & partnering restaurant work really hard to give you a welcoming, friendly stay. The kindness & resilience in Lismore people despite hardships of the previous flooding really show through here. By the quality of the rooms though you wouldn't have thought it!

The bounty motel is absolutely beautiful. The staff and owner are such lovely people and the place itself is so inviting and homey. The rooms are a great size and bathrooms and very clean and spacey. Don’t get me started on the food and how amazing it is!! So delicious and such a great menu to choose from for just about everyone. Also they have a massive choice of delicious wines and other beverages. The reception ladies are so helpful and very welcoming. The parking lot is very safe and secure and the location itself is very convenient being close to the shopping centre and food stores! Honestly couldn’t recommend a better motel to stay at in Lismore. My stay was amazing!

Lovely hardworking staff/owners. I regularly stay here for work and use the conference facilities which are large and well equipped, unquestionably a 5 star property with fancy hallways and lobby access to each room. Rooms are really good for a motel, clean and welcoming with disability access via lift .

We are very disappointed with the service, or lack there of. When we arrived on the 27th of December 2021 there was no one to greet us. The reception was closed. There were about 5 or so other people trying to check in at 2pm. We were all calling, no answer. A few ladies went over to the service station and then told us all that the hotel was closed due to covid. So we then arranged another accommodation as we had an event to attend. At around 5.30pm that evening, we received a phone call. The lady asked if we were going to check in. We said we had booked somewhere else as we have been told you are closed due to covid and also, no one was there at 2pm. The lady said she was out walking her dog, and they aren’t closed for covid. We asked for a refund. Nothing was offered. In the weeks past, we have called up several times and emailed and contacted bookings.com and no one has gotten back to us. We are very disappointed with it all, as we didn’t get to stay there at all.
