Flying Start Children’s Therapy

We have accessed several allied health professionals at Flying Start for our daughter over 8 years. The quality of intervention, of support, accessibility and professionalism is top rate. I highly recommend for any child support but especially for NDIS clients, as the weekly post session reports are incredibly detailed and useful.

I have loved our experience with Flying Start Childrens Therapy. My primary school aged son has worked with Tess (speechie) for a number of years and she constantly encourages him to grow. The communications after each visit is really helpful to know what was covered and how we can further support him at home. More recently my son has also been working with Tess and Alex (psych) together to help him with his big irrational fears. It’s been such great outcomes working with this therapy team

All 3 of our children have received services from Flying Start Children’s Therapy including Speech Therapy & Dietician services. The team are all incredible from the receptionist when you first ring to the individual therapists. Our kids are thriving under their care, and developing so many new skills. I always feel heard by the therapists when discussing each of the kids needs and challenges, and they are always so supportive of our whole family as a unit. I cannot recommend them enough.

My children have accessed OT, holiday programs, and OT lead swimming programs through Flying Start and the improvement in their confidence and wellbeing has been tremendous! Our OT Madi has a very holistic approach and has been very ND affirming. She communicates and coordinates well with our other therapists, has very well written and easy to interpret reports, and has been an incredible support to our family for the past year.
