We randomly ended up there for breakfast and were happily surprised. Great food and French service. It was like a short trip to my own country for a moment.Great atmosphere for a authentic European breakfast

Good coffees and pastries but staffs are gloomy (except the cheerful Asian lady at the counter).

Dear Philipe and lovely staff, I brought a party of 5 to a high tea experience this Saturday (26/6/21). For about 6 years now I have been on a quest to find Perth's best high tea. We had quite a wait before the food was brought out and I became nervous about how it would turn out. Well, all I can say is that it was worth waiting for! Featherlight pastry cases, divine and unusual fillings, original and creative takes on the traditional high tea fare, all made it a really unforgettable afternoon. The crockery was elegant and refined, the linen was crisp and pristine, the selection of teas was interesting, and, best of all, everything was freashly made and the tea was piping hot! Everyone had a different 'favourite', but I think we all agreed that the flavour combinations and novel offerings were superior to anything experienced elsewhere.Thank you for an unforgettable high tea experience!

My friend and I felt very spoilt by the staff at Flowers&Flour as we indulged in their exquisite High Tea. An abundance of treats, teas and champagne, the afternoon was blissful and quaint and I recommend trying their High Tea for yourself. A charming venue with lovely staff, you won't be disappointed.

We tried the savoury brioche, H&C croissant, raspberry croissant and took home a loaf of bread. All were incredibly delicious and fresh! Went well with our coffees :) Will be back!

What an absolute gem of a business. I called them for a last minute delivery as a surprise gift. Outstanding service and quality for an amazing price. Highly recommend this local family business. Presentation is outstanding and the recipients genuinely felt really special when they received their box of gourmet cakes scattered with flowers and ribbons all presented in a gift box.
