White IT has save us from a recent potential calamity. Our US hosting company recently advised (on a Friday afternoon) they were closing their operation immediately and that we should immediately take whatever action required to protect our data. We would have lost two of our websites.David responded immediately and, in concert with our web designer, salvaged both our websites and reinstated all corporate emails over the following 48 hours. Fantastic effort!White IT have also been instrumental in monitoring and managing our maintenance program most cost effectively. As a result our Telecom costs have reduced, reliability has gone up and we are not able to feel confident that our IT system is working for us rather than the Telcos and 'Spamorists'.We expect a high quality of service, easy access and common sense from our IT provider - and we get it.
