We needed to hire a wheelchair ramp for access to the stage for a festival and Nicole and the staff were incredibly helpful. The ramp was delivered to the venue and the advice they had given was definitely needed as otherwise we may not have had the safe incline we needed. Thank you for your help and support.

Large showroom. Good range of chairs and beds. Knowledgeable staff. Plenty of parking at door and level access, small ramp at door. I have always been greeted quickly here.

No after care say they will phone you back but never do have to make numerous phone calls to find out whats happening to get things repaird very quick to supply products

Hired leg scooter for one month. After 4 days knee was in extreme pain. Wanted to upgrade the mobility aid, only to be told I would lose the hiring of the scooter aid of $100. They would not transfer the hire cost from scooter aid to upgrade aid. Suffered with scooter.

Nivette and the staff at Aidacare were AMAZING. I needed a wheelchair with a full leg cast support for my 7 year old daughter. we ended up needing the wheelchair for 9 weeks. They sourced one and had it ready for me to collect that afternoon. The team checked in on a regular basis to check if we wanted to extend or return the wheel chair. I can not recommend this company and specifically the Erina store highly enough. THANK YOU for everything that you have done, you made the process very very simple.

Driver just blocked an entire complex. When I called to complain and ask the office to have the driver move, the owner grabbed the phone from s staff member, refused to take the complaint.The owner believed that neighbours aren't allowed to complain because we are bound by some neighbourly kind of confidentiality rule. She hung up. Formal complaint made to NDIS. This owner, Nicole had no concept of appropriate business procedures. NDIS were shocked. Don't use this firm. They are not interested in actual work.

Great selection, friendly service

Ordered equipment my child needed before she could be discharged from hospital in Sydney. Was told it would be delivered Wednesday between 4 and 5. Organised for someone to be at the house to receive delivery. Delivery did not show up and no after hours phone number. Called the next day, no apology. Was told I would get a call back. Waited 2 hours, no call back so I called them again. Acted like I was bothering them and transferred me multiple times each person acting like I was putting them out with my call. Ended up cancelling order as obv too hard for the company to provide any sort of customer service. Called competitor, order was delivered within an hour with no fuss.
