No wonder they have such a low rating. Went to buy in store only to be told despite 13 items in stock the garage door was stuck so stock was inaccessible. Did a click and collect, had it cancelled, went it to store to be told by a different manager there is no stock and the garage door is fine. Called customer service and they didn't give a %hit. Now the items wont be delivered in time. Thanks for wasting my time.

Display of item I was interested in was difficult; items high up and prices difficult to see. Waited for a team member to pass, when one finally did they said they were busy and would come back in a minute, waited for ten before leaving. Went across the road to BCF, soon as I walked through the door a team member asked if they could help me, great customer service at BCF!

Huge range of all the good stuff.. everyone knows that.But I had a drama with an electrical product, brought it in and was back out the door within 5 mins. Very easy exchange.Great customer service from young lady too.

What a horrible place to shop. We've been here a few times throughout the year and everytime it's been horrible. Half the product doesn't have prices. There just stock everyehere. It feels like your walking through a junk shop. The staff are useless. No knowledge on the product they sell nor do they care. Even the attitudes are terrible. Will never return there.

Great store staff friendly and they are so cheap on tents. Parking is at spotlight and there is an escalator down to the store.

Disappointed no big tents on display. Only small and hiking tents, but they are on a wall up high. Staff pre occupied with moving a round product rather than helping customers this use to be a good camping store. Not any more!

Wouldn't sign me up as club member for discounted prices at the checkout, horrible service when leaving and didn't buy any shoes. Go to Macpac in town and see Sarah, she's fantastic
