Having a day off with my big family, I was served and greeted nicely by every staff and also Vi is very caring and lovely. She ran around to pick shoes for my daughter and assisted us the whole time but was still very happy too. We ended up buying 5 pairs and some pieces of clothing at a very cheap price. I highly recommend giving this place a visit for both the promotion and also the exceptional service!!

Maxim at converse dfo south wharf is awesome. I needed a pair of water proof shoes and was helping myself. He approach me, super casual and took full control. Very polite, went above and beyond and never once pushy. Maxim deserves recognition for his professionalism. Thanks Maxim, I love my new shoes

Got our first pairs of converse last Friday. They had an offer of buy one, get 60% off on additional items. We were never a fan of converse until last week. Thanks to Mush for ensuring 4 of us got shoes according to our preferences. Great collection and excellent service from Converse. Will be coming back soon.

Always been a huge fan of the shoes.... Now I can add their service. Awesome service from Matt, his manager and the whole team. Plus another pair for my collectionUPDATE. I opened the second of my purchases, a pair of laces that were chosen for me by one of the store staff at the counter - the wrong colour. Only a $5 item but totally useless to me. When I rang and asked the store manager - the same guy who prodded me to write a google review in the first place - to find me a solution outside me coming back to the store and spending $12 on parking $5 on fuel and 90 minutes of my time.... Nothing. Coverse have an online store and can't believe they wouldn't agree to rectify their own mess up....UPDATE 2 - These shoes bought from the same store 6 months ago are totally unwearable (CX Model Hi Tops) - the inside lining has completely disintegrated in the heel and they are agony to wear. If their customer service team (Tavia) were genuine about the follow up I would have taken this up directly with them as opposed to leaving another review.,

Converse store South Wharf is quite large with an array of merchandise to choose from. All staff were extremely cheerful and helpful when needed. I prefer looking for my own shoes size but staff would go out of their way to look for stock when needed. The staff were knowledgeable of the products and the promotional offer they had was really worth it.Thank you Converse Australia.

I have met some great retail staff - nay, I have met some great humans in my life, but never have I ever met as wonderful of a retail staff & general human as Derrick.Derrick not only told me I was a Margot Robbie look-alike (highlight of my 23 years), but found the perfect shoe for my ‘funky’ desires. And what a shoe it is. If I wasn’t a mountain trekker before, I can definitely at least consider it now with my climate combat bad bois.If you have the pleasure of meeting Derrick & discussing shoes with him, treasure every moment.
