Really bad experience with Ray White Park Coast. I’ve worked with agents for 15 years and Nicole at this Ray White, has been the most difficult property manager I’ve ever had to deal with. And I don’t say that lightly. Highly recommend staying away. We had a family emergency, and not only were they not compassionate, they went out of their way to make sure we paid the biggest possible exit fee, delayed our bond return by 10 days and were completely inflexible about inspections, even though we told them we had to leave the country the next morning. In a time of high distress, they tried to squeeze the most out of us. Really upsetting, please avoid.

Until recently I was a long term tenant (11 years) with Ray White park coast East and Helen Walsh was my property manager. She was so lovely to deal with, whenever I needed to log a job for a tradesperson or had a question she got back to you almost instantly nothing was ever a problem and I know how busy she is being head of property management .If you are looking for an excellent property manager you couldn't go wrong with Helen and her team .thank you again Helen
