Navitas English Brisbane

Navitas was my home in Brisbane for around 3 moths and it feels like still is. The time spent there was simply amazing, I was lucky to meet people from all around the world that at the end became really good friends. The level of the teacher is outstanding; they will definitely help you in the process of getting your goals. I would love to mention Beata, Dee and Dave, which not only were excellent teachers but also mentors and inspiring people. I will miss them all. Thanks Navitas

PTE examWe were advised before the test how to signal with our hands if we needed assistance, so they'd see it on camera.When I did my speaking/listening, another test taker just started yelling random words at the screen on repeat, so I could not hear the questions.None of my 3 pens worked and I was not able to take any notes. The keyboard was wobbly and malfunctioned.I signalled for help multiple times, but no one came.Immediately after, I complained to the lady at the front desk, who did not care at all.She even told me that the girl shouting at the screen has done that before and was previously warned, I guess she has taken the test before.When handing back the pens, I told the lady that none of them worked, but she just threw them in with the rest, stating she usually checks afterwards anyway. Well, she doesn't.I raised this issue right after the test on online myPTE as well as calling the company. The call centre is located somewhere in India or Bangladesh. I called twice and both staff members I spoke to hardly understood any English.By the way, I took IELTS soon after and got 8.5/9 in speaking.The UQ test centre was great, they used to have OET as well but not anymore, unfortunately. I did a Cambridge level 7 course in Australia when I was 15 and never had any issues. All the other exams were very well organised but this test centre is a nightmare.I will contact the Australian Consumer Protection Agency as well.They did finally email back, stating that after a thorough" investigation they won't do a refund because I didn't raise the issue during and straight after the test.That's why I filed a complaint straight after in the first place!!Nobody came when I signalled for help!I immediately made a complaint at the front desk as soon as we got out of that room. Although the lady there was supposed to be the one assisting us.She didn't do her job

Hi there! I´m a guy from Mexico living in Brisbane for more tan 3 years and I will strongly recommend this place, teachers are well prepared, easy going and professionals. The college has already an education system which works perfectly and every week they test your improvement, if you really want to increase your English level this is the place, I have been in others schools in Brisbane and by far this is the best, very happy with what I paid for and what I got back. Building, classrooms, reception and areas very clean, nice and comfortable. Must go to realize this is a great place. Seniors teachers and teachers in Navitas are truly committed with your improvement.

Was a wonderful experience in Navitas! I studied at Navitas English Brisbane almost two years ago. I LOVED!!! Teachers are really amazing and I felt that I have developed myself during that time. The staff were so nice, always helping us with our issues. And of course, I can guarantee that Navitas infrastructure is the best one. I miss this place and all my friends, I really do.

I studied at Navitas for 8 months and It was my best experience and timing in Brisbane.Teachers were always patient, friendly and supportive, even after I finished classes. Yep, I had so much support from them even though I wasn't in class anymore.Louise's door were always open to say hi, feedback or a nourishing chat when I was home sick. And every now and then, I still visit her to say hi.Multicultural and healthy environment, Navitas made me keep studying English even after class. For sure, one of my top 10 experiences in my Aussie life. ❤

When I took the PTE test for the first time, the friendly smile and conversation of the counter staff Robyn" relieved my nervousness

if you’re planning to spend some time in Australia studying English, I would totally recommend, Navitas Brisbane. I was lucky to spend 6 months in this School. I started doing general English course which I found really cool and interesting but as I was going to spend such a long time, I decided to move to FCE course which I loved. In Navitas, the stuff is incredibly gentle and always up to help you, teachers are well-prepared and helpful. The campus is great, big and well-located. And Finally, Australia itself is amazing and Brisbane is breathtaking.

IELTS is not about English language anymore. Its a test about knowledge. Asking questions about world etc .They forgot its a test about ENGLISH language not a subject.If u don’t know the answer to their questions, you will get low score. Even if you born & study in English country. Simple as that.Who ever making these test needs to remember that its all about ENGLISH language. Not about an outside knowledge for science , politics, life, environment, etc.Someone could be facing this exam knowing all about cooking in their whole life & got zero knowledge of science or etc. But speak fluent English.Still they fail this exam. Because people who make this exam make it not as Language.
