Would not recommend. Chris did a poor job and had to came back twice to fix it and it was still terrible - silicon smeared all over the tiles and aluminium of my shower. After just a few months, mould grew behind the silicon. Grout applied very untidily. The whole shower needs to be redone. Head office referred me back to him four times despite me saying I wanted someone else, saying mould is not covered. Very satisfactory experience.

Chris from Bulli Grout Pro was excellent. He provided a fair price for the job, did excellent re-grouting of our 2 showers and left everything clean. On top of that he was flexible with working in with our shower screen replacement people and showed up at the agreed times. I highly recommend Chris and would definitely have him back.

Very unprofessional business. Vindictive owner! Should not be serving the public. Lost his temper on the job. Scared both my husband & myself! Broke his machine from being so angry. If he couldn’t do a professional job as expected he should not have accepted the job.He left a 1star Google Review on our business account that has absolutely nothing to do with this job, as it was our private home.Grout Pro should be made aware that he behaves like this in front of clients destroying the reputation of Grout Pro name, very unprofessional. Would not recommend this business. Very disturbing experience. His vindication for our separate business is further example of his immature, unprofessional behaviour which he flaunts without filter or maturity!!!
