We've used Move Me Group on a number of occasions for both client projects as well as our own office relocations. The nature of our business is with high end furniture and professional clients so this requires the utmost care and professionalism. We have always found Move Me Group to be very professional, careful, flexible and reliable both in pre-delivery and on the day of delivery. They are a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a removalist or freight company in Sydney.

Broken furniture. Lost items. Promised to sort out but just went silent and stopped responding to communication. Won't supply insurance claim forms. Gave them over a month to sort this out. Next stop Consumer Affairs. This mob use cheap sub-contractors and take no responsibility. Interstate move, half our furniture went to different a different State where it was unloaded and repacked with some items just disappearing. Avoid at all costs.

Besides the delay in pick up time, we were very satisfied with their work. Very efficient and thorough. They delivered the furniture with extreme care -all received in good condition

Move Me Group helped me move a backload from Sydney to Brisbane with excellent service. They were very quick to respond to my enquiry and facilitated moving around 5 cubic meters of items for me at short notice. They were very good about my steep driveway and handled everything with care. If I need to move interstate again, Move Me Group will be my first call!

It's been a while since I moved interstate with this mob, but will never forget the negative experience, it was. It was one of the most stressful and awful times of my life, due to the extreme lack of care and respect, shown by the movers. From start to end, they were horrendous and damaged nearly every item we had. Did they care? No. Please be careful. They are great on the phone, but it quickly falls to pieces once the movers arrive. Despicable and disrespectful group.

I had originally planned to move with this company and gave them several weeks notice. They gave me a competitive quote and I planned my move with them. They took several weeks to get back to me with a confirmation despite multiple calls and emails and at the absolute last minute (several minutes before close of business AND before a public holiday), they cancelled it saying there was no space in the warehouse. This gave me literally no time to organise anything with another company in the meantime. They have made moving incredibly complicated and I would go with literally anyone else.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. do NOT use these crooks.They arrived two hours late, one of the guys was stonned, they damaged a number of things and when i rang to complain that a two hour job was taking 7 hours! the owner tried to extort money from me.They over charged our credit card without consent and refused to pay for damages despite them claiming they were insured for such damage.NEVER USE THIS COMAPaNYUPDATE:Since posting the initial review the owner has tracked me down on social media (stalker much). This person has not in anyway attempted to make amends for their poor service but is trying to blame it on someone else. He is unable to find the records, which is in keeping with their service- as in totally lacking, despite having a reference number and an invoice from them.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.. Broke my Kids bed, TV and boxes of trinkets and threw my stuff on the ground and down driveway when I confronted them with information he laughed at me he even tried to intimidate me when I told him I will make a complaint. He was hard to get in touch and deal with once I told him about my experience. Even with photographic evidence and eye witness statements, I even when told him my kids are sleeping on the floor, he still wont compensate. . He also gave out my personal information without consent. Consider reading other reviews from other sites before dealing with them.

I just wanted to let you know that our removalist tony' and his offsider 'jhon' came yesterday and I was so impressed by them. They were very courteous, friendly, helpful and kind. Moreover they worked quickly and with skill. I would definitely use 'move me group again and would appreciate it very much if you could pass on this feedback higher up the management chain and get back to tony and jhon to commend them for doing such a great job.
