Chris Jordan has been a pleasure to work with on our recent home renovation. He came up with some great options for our internal layout and was helpful with recommendations for materials and finishes. We engaged Chris to help us redesign our house and get us through Inner West Council as smoothly as possible, and we are so glad we did! Firstly, we thought we had an idea of what our (almost knock down rebuild) house would look like, but Chris presented us with designs that were so much better! We got all the rooms and functionality we asked for and somehow still gained outdoor space! Chris then navigated us through the DA process like a pro: he knows when is the time to push back, and when is the time to rethink and this meant a smooth and quick process to get our house underway. The final result is incredible and so much better than we could have ever imagined. We have passers-by stop to compliment us on our house – you can’t ask for better than that!
