CS have a friendly team who appear to be quite knowledgable and I found that each individual was nice to deal with... but unfortunately that alone doesn’t yield results. We first contacted CS as we had heard they were the best in the business, especially for the industry our brand is in. Long story short, 3 months later we paid over 60k to CS (not including advertising costs); we did receive some great UGC content but unfortunately (and more importantly) we experienced a decline in sales. The 3 months prior to working with CS, we hit nearly 40k in revenue doing barely any advertising. For the 3 months we spent with CS controlling our entire marketing suite (Facebook, Google, TikTok), we only made 32k. The proof is in the pudding. Store sessions also dropped 15% over the 3 months with CS from 9358 in the 3 months prior to 8077 for the 3 months we spent with CS. This is just the opposite of what we had expected, especially seeing we were literally paying for traffic generating ads. We loaded up on stock and materials in preparation for the influx of orders that never came. Now we are left overstocked and struggling.We were also told that we needed to redo our entire website (after signing a contract, of course) to increase conversion rates, even though we just had it redone months before. We obliged, because we trusted their guidance. We spent our full first month redoing a website that yielded no better results. In fact, the new website has a slower store speed and when I asked about it, they said it would get looked into and nothing ever happened about it. The new website is slower, harder to use and less intuitive, so to make simple changes like updating copy isn’t as easy as it used to be.I really wish I wasn’t here having to post this review but being a small business owner, I felt obligated to advise other young business’ to not risk committing to a similar situation where you think your business will boom but instead you bust.
