CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCEPTIONAL!We went in to buy a sheet set and ended up with sheets, towels, a mirror and hand towels!The ladies that were there today were amazing. All of them willing to go above and beyond.Tatiana looked after us and wouldn't rest until she found what we wanted.The store is bright and clean, the merchandise unique and different and the sales were brilliant. We could not ask for a better shopping experience!! Thank you ladies!

When purchasing don't let staff put your items on counter while you are still browsing because apparently you are now their sale customer. It appears you have to wait for that staff member when there are three other staff members waiting around register which were unwilling to process my purchase so I was completely cob smacked and was unable to wait so there for they lost a sale.

Fantastic service, very knowledgeable staff, grate range, beautiful choices. Bought duck down quilt, some sheets and some cups and many other things. Always fun and always finding something I love

Around about the start of the year I Dealt with a lady Nicole who was keen to make a sale and that was it. I will try keep this short but when I came back two days after my purchase to return my Quilt as it was not what she original said it was she told me she cant accept returns even though the receipt and the website both stated 30 day return policy. She was very abusive and almost upset with me because I wanted to make a simple return. she told me due to policy I cant return and that I need to go have a big hard look on the website and that she worked so hard with me and my partner that day - 1, dot need to be so rude and I did have a look on your website where it states I can return my items! and 2, its your job to help customers as you work in customer service love. Going back and forth multiple times to get my point across and the return of my hard earned money she then decides to be nice and gives my money back to me. What a shame you had to act like this Nicole as we spent $1000 in one sale and would of loved to spent a lot more as we have just renovated our house. but now I would never set foot in that door again thanks to the rudeness of this lady due to losing her sale. I also have contacted head office in regards to my complaint.
