Chemist Warehouse

Terrible organisation and waiting far too long to be served and then get medicine. Waiting with my toddler. Think the organisation and customer service could be much better.

My go to Chemist as it is always well stocked and the staff are friendly and helpful too

Went to purchase an item that was on sale and advertised with a tag as $39.99, at the checkout it came up as $60, told the guy at the checkout that was wrong and then he said how it’s an old ticket and that all these are items are having a price increase. I then questioned him why it was falsely advertised and why the old ticket was still up, he couldn’t give a proper answer. Left empty handed and definitely won’t be back.

Very long wait times for prescriptions. Would be wonderful if they could employ more staff.

Worst chemist warehouse I have visited. Staff had no knowledge and go there in the morning and no one is serving customers and acting like you aren’t welcome. The cashier told me that there is nothing the business can do about having no staff in the morning (lol)! She told me they don’t put staff on until it’s busy. Don’t you know some people need to get their medication before work and can’t get it later in the day?I had to leave without my medication. I would’ve bought nothing if I didn’t have badly infected wounds and needed supplies urgently for that!When I went there the other day they told me they couldn’t fill my script because they don’t have it. No help offered at all. Turned out they had the medication I need but different brand (didn’t have the knowledge to realise they’re the same thing but different brand, ANOTHER pharmacy told me that). I literally had to teach the pharmacy assistant that they have the medication I was asking for in a different brand.Next time I will go the extra distance and take my money elsewhere.

bad service from a Japanese pharmacist. I waited 30 minutes. I buy it for 1 year with the prescription that my doctor prescribed. And he said that the doctor does not sign it, since he has the doctor's signature. bad service man. I would like give zero by the pharmacist's competence. If I've always bought it and I haven't had a problem with it.

If I could give this shambles zero stars I would. The store looks like a bomb has hit it. It's a shambles. The service is diabolical. There were customers standing around everywhere waiting to be served, and at least six staff behind the dispensing counter pretending they weren't there. Plenty of other staff were wandering around the shop stocking shelves and also pretending the customers didn't exist. This place need a serious overhaul, and either more staff, or the ones there need a little customer service refresher. A very unfunny joke.

Uncooperative staff! I forgot my medication at home in Brisbane and asked the pharmacist to give me 3 tablets only for the days I stay in Robina for the holidays. I showed him the text message I received from chemist warehouse in Brisbane that I have script for the medication but refused to give me the tablets. I know some chemist warehouse stores provide emergency medication, I don't see the reason why this store is not doing it.

40 minute wait for script. What a joke! Went to another suburb with a different chemist...received my script in minutes!! I usually buy my vitamins from here.. no longer..
