Atria Apartment - Burwood Road Entrance

How refreshing for me to not only have a rental apartment designed attractively with storage, dimensions, finishes, accessories, and ergonomics that make everyday living easier - but also that its in a building with a great Caretaker/Manager and a great community of residents! Nothing is too much trouble for Russ and when you move in and know little about how things work, from the bin room to the mail, Russ is only too happy to help. He is passionate about his job, unlike many dusgruntled building managers I've encounted, and it shows. He takes parcels for you if you're not available at the time, has a library of books for borrowing, and his office door is always open just near a great reception lounge and TV. I consider myself fortunate I've managed to land myself here. Rare to get that level of facilities and service. AND its all right in the heart of one of Melbourne's top shopping precincts! Perfect
