Avoid the scam site. Ordered on line and received a confirming email that order had been processed. More than a month later still do not have item nor any tracking information. They have not replied to multiple emails and only have an answering machine that says to send an email. They will take your money but do not provide the item ordered nor provide any responses.

Incorrect part received, impossible to get in contact with this company by email or phone to organise the correct part to be sent. Waste of money and time.

I was a bit concerned when I got no order confirmation or other communication for a week after ordering my parts, and then read all the negative reviews on Product Review and this site. However, I received excellent service from their supplier, Doug Smith Spares, and their courier service and the parts arrived as promised within 9 working days of the order. It looks like they outsource their suppliers. They do have a comprehensive range of parts and this was the only site that i found which clearly advertised the 2 Everdure BBQ parts that I was after. The parts were also very competitively priced.

Scam company that won’t give me a refund

I would have given this company zero stars if I could.Do not buy online from this company.Basically I ordered 2 items:Part 420148 being a Fisher & Paykel cold inlet valvePart 420147 being a Fisher & Paykel hot water valveInstead of receiving part 420148 for a Fisher & Paykel cold inlet valve I received an Omega dishwasher water inlet valve. Someone simply picked the wrong part and put in it my order.For nearly 3 months (10 emails and had 3 phone calls later) I still have not had my incorrectly sent order rectified.I was without a washing machine for 6 weeks waiting on the correct part. I bought the Fisher & Paykel cold inlet valve online through someone else and received the correct part and now have a functioning washing machine.I am now down $112 and in possession of a part I will never need as I do not have an Omega dishwasher. Not happy at all.

Excellent and realistic price (goods +postage) - no gouging on high postage fees. Plus - very quick delivery to a non-metro address.
