Great staff, really helpful and always give the extra mile

Career Shift have been there for me ever since I discharged from the Army. The support and guidance I've received directly helped me find my feet. I will be forever grateful for the courtesy, understanding and empathy displayed by all your staff.

My experience with Careershift was from late 2018-mid 2019. I do not have anything nice to say about the person assigned to me.I found him to be lazy and unhelpful to the point where I needed to take myself elsewhere. Everything seemed too hard for him. When I took things over myself, I achieved the results I wanted.I am not sure if that person is still employed there. A shame if he is.I was provided a warning by a trsuted professional that I should make sure their staff do what they are paid to do. This was excellent advice. Be proactive and speak up for yourself or receive poor service.
