Staff member who answered our phone call was extremely helpful and pleasant. Said someone would be out the same day. A few hours after phone call the technician arrived and was also very professional. He had the parts and was able to repair the fault on the spot. He also tilted fridge to improve door closing. Fridge Repairs Brisbane is a service and repair company that I will surely recommend to my friends and family. What has impressed me the most is their professionalism and commitment to customer service. They were able to offer me same-day service, something that is important when your talking about a fridge, and the quality of work carried out was excellent. The friendly technician was able to diagnose the issue, quote and then fix the problem quickly and provided me helpful maintenance advice. I will most definitely keep their number handy for future servicing.

Excellent service and gave very honest advice before sending out a repairman, just in case it was a simple problem that I could remedy myself. When the problem proved more serious the repairman arrived only four hours after I placed the call. Very impressed, will call for any future refrigeration problems!!

Fantastic service right from the time of making the call to the technician completing the repairs.They only specialise in fridge repairs and as I was expecting provided great service.The time of arrival was well communicated and the technician was fast at finding the fault, providing a quote and then satisfactorily carrying out the work.The technician (Matthew) was very helpful in providing advice to a number of questions and certainly knew his stuff.From a cost point of view, I don’t have a comparison but the quote proved on site seemed fair and certainly a lot cheaper than replacing the fridge.Fridge Repairs Brisbane provided a quick, effective and painless solution to an inconvenient problem and I would highly recommend them.Roy Kneale

Call out was $130 to diagnose the fault.Unfortunately the diagnosis was incorrect so we had to wait much longer than expected.Final charge was a hefty $376 to replace a small fan that’s likely worth $40?…. Ouch!Didn’t even use any Vaseline on my seal.

From the helpful office staff, to the fast same day service, swift diagnosis of problem and repair ( thanks Matthew - again) explanation of problem and prompt invoicing you can't go wrong. I thoroughly recommend them.Models we have had repaired- GE and Fisher and Paykel with both approximately 15 years old.

Absolutely five star service - The guy on the phone (Scott) did everything he could over two phone calls to ensure that the service call (and the money it cost) would be absolutely necessary for us, then got someone out to our house within two hours even though it was already lunchtime. The one who did the service call (whose name I didn't get, sorry!) was efficient, explained the problem fully and made sure the payment was effortless. Both of them were friendly, gave great advice and were genuinely invested in doing the best job possible. Easily one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had!

Firstly I must preface this that I very rarely if EVER give top marks but the results and the customer service provided have prompted me to.Our fridge tripped power some time on Friday. A repairman we contacted that had used about 4-5 yrs ago fobbed us off til Monday with a most exhorbitant after hours call out fee if he attended over the weekend. He was within 15 minutes of us.We live on the North-side of Brisbane.I rang the manufacturers service line to be told absolutely not before Monday and on Monday we would find out what time they may" have someone to us.We rang D.A.M Refrigeration after a Google search to be slightly disappointed that it rang out. We rang a couple of others with no joy.Imagine my surprise when I then found we had a home message - to find that Scott from Fridge Repairs Brisbane was returning our missed call.On returning the call - He advised the most reasonable call out fee - for a Saturday (and less than the manufacturers service fee for Monday) - and that they would have someone to us as soon as possible.In just under 2 hours - from the SOUTH SIDE of Brissy a most delightful young man called Matthew turned up. Pleasant

I wasnt sure whether to ditch my faithful Fisher + Paykel refrigerator , or have a call in Tech have a look.I found Fridge Repairs Brisbane on Google, and made the call.After asking a couple of questions from the helpful person on the other end , I decided that the call out fee sounded reasonable .Matthew was prompt, courteous and , most importantly, fixed my fridge on the service call , simply replacing a part that he had on hand.Very pleased with the result !!Would certainly recommend this service.MB. It's not often you can give a business a 5 Star review when they were not able to fix your problem but the service I received from Fridge Repairs Brisbane was absolutely faultless and even though they were unable to fix my problem I was extremely happy with the way I was looked after by Matthew. After the initial call out I was still having issues with intermittent freezing. Matthew was back within a day of my call to make adjustments and when they didn't work he was quick to offer a refund. Everything was handled impeccably and I have no hesitation in recommending them. It's easy to get good reviews when everything goes right but it's when things don't turn out as planned that your customer service really kicks in. Well done Matthew and Fridge Repairs Brisbane.
