Trust me. Do not use this company’s service. Most horrible experience I have ever had. I have requested domestic cleaning service, including oven cleaning. When the cleaning lady came, she said she couldn’t clean my oven, it was difficult for her and also she left a black stain on my bedroom carpet , she said I will not be charged unless I confirm my cleaning service it’s fully done. I had also called customer service when she was there, they said they will report the issue. The cleaning lady called her boss straight after the mistake she has made. I made sure I called all the people that need to know about the uncleared oven and black stained carpet. Second day, I still charged without my confirmation, called customer service many times, have sent the photos of undone service as well. Never heard anything from them, finally got to talk to a person that actually was helping me out, booked redo service. Booked the day, which is tomorrow, but when I check my email it shows it’s a device that I will be charged. Talked to two different stuff in customer service team, two different stories were given. They said it’s over follow up time, even I have been trying to call them everyday, saying they were unable to contact me?Also I have more to say, asking them to remove your card details means they will remove your account from system, once your account has been removed, they can’t find your record of anything!Totally Trash !!

They are fraud. Please do not use their service. I had spent $610 for a deep clean of 4 bedroom house. They didn’t even do general cleaning. I hope someone takes legal action on them. We didn’t even sign the work completion paper. They told they will refund half of the money. Its almost a year now. No one is even answering our calls and we didn’t even receive any refund. The only answers through phone you get is their manager is not available and he takes 1/2weeks to reply. And then no one calls back. After few weeks we call them again, and we get the same reply. I do also have in written that they will do a refund, which i screenshot and emailed them but still no answer.As per your request, i have emailed you all the details. More over there were many phone calls made which were recorded on your side. You can listen to them as well.

I actually had applied to work and the reviews should've been enough for me to walk away in the first place, but I thought I'd give it a go anyway. They have a lot of red flags as a business, A LOT. The communication between the management system to potential new employees is super bad, like non-existent. I don't even know how they get workers. Everything seems dodgy and unorganised. I never heard back from them andbthen each time I tried to call or contact to delete my contract, they would say other things or not take my request seriously m just a waste of time for everyone.

We were delighted with how the men from Effly cleaned our home. The house smelt terrific and everything was shiny and clean. Would happily have them back. Thank you

Both times the cleaner turned up late (the second time by three hours!) the second clean, we paid for two hours but had to leave while they were there - came home to find literally nothing done - floors un swept, bathroom and toilet in same condition we had left it. Literally no work completed. We asked for a refund and were told that we needed to book more time to get the (very basic) services we’d requested.DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!

Booked a cleaner, they didn't show and got charged. Asked for got a refund and then was charged again. When I called to contest the second charge, Effly didn't acknowledge it. Needed to contest charge through credit card company meaning cancellation of card and all that entailed. Shocking service. Won't ever consider using again. Adding review as I got an email from them a month after all this happened with a phantom booking. Unreliable. Unprofessional. Untrustworthy.

Danushka and Michael provided an excellent deep cleaning service. Their work was efficient and unobtrusive, while I worked from home. They ensured I was satisfied with their work before leaving me with a totally clean house.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Many occasions when staff just did not turn up at all. Another occasion when the staff member washed the floor with cold water and left the mop & bucket for me to empty. This staff member left 25 minutes early as she could not work overtime. You get what you pay for. Steer clear of Effly.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They not only failed to provide the cleaning services I paid for, but they also STOLE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. The communication skills of the company are non-existent and they are completely UNTRUSTWORTHY. I would give them a negative rating if possible. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

We paid for a full house clean only to find out that the bedrooms were not completely vacuumed or furniture wiped down! Our bath and shower was not even touched and our floors in our open plan living not even mopped.Have no idea what he was doing for 3 hours!!The cleaner was not experienced and had absolutely no idea what he was doing.When we contacted them straight after inspecting the house we were told they won’t be doing anything about it.Please do not waste your money I have no idea how this company is in business.Not acceptable.
