Most disappointed....had looked up on internet quickly and Google search says it's open.....to find when I get there it's not.....now am driving 1.5 hours away to closest shop which is charlestown.....Not happy

My Uncle gifted me a beautiful necklace from this place a while back however it’s rose gold and unfortunately doesn’t work with my skin tone. I finally got the time to see if I could exchange it for a silver one. Unfortunately it turns out you have to return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. So now an expensive and beautiful piece of jewellery will sit in my drawer never to be used again. As I work in the retail industry I know that 30 days to exchange something is outrageous and outdated.

Asked about item prices and the young girl working there had no idea and kept saying she had to ask her manager who was hiding in the back, an odd and pointless experience. Also You get cheaper deals online except it took over 3 weeks delivery hope it was only due to covid 19.
