Great vet clinic. Looked after me so well when I first moved to Darwin and my dog died suddenly. I wasn’t even a customer but they treated me so well. Now I have just bought a new puppy and have started going here as my regular vet, and could not wish for better service and help with my new pup. Highly recommended and so glad I found this vet

The receptionist was very unfriendly. I bought a medication for my dog.Wrong medicine name & instruction on the paper. Very unprofessional.(Updated)The manager reacted very fast and correct the medication dosage. They promise it would not happen again. Even though I have already throw the medicine into bin. I really appreciated their attitude to fix the problem. That’s why I changed to 3 stars.

Our vet Georgia Preist was fantastic with my dog Tippy. He wasnt a big fan of strangers but she was always patient kind and caring, especially on the day when we had to say goodbye to him due to terminal illness. I highly recommend this vet clinic if your looking for above and beyond pet care for your furr babies. I miss my boy Tippy every day and i will never ever forget the love and care he was shown by the staff at the Parap Vetinary Hospital

I'd like to say thank you to Luke who answered his phone at 3am to come and meet me as my dog was in the process of passing away. Luke helped put down my good mate and send him off to the good Lord.I'd also like to say thanks to someone else at the clinic who sent a card with my boy's paw prints. What a beautiful gift.Thanks so much guys. You do incredible work

Parap vets were fantastic with our 1st dog 13 years ago and are still fantastic with our current dog. Always kind, gentle and caring with us and our little doggo. Our dog is treated like a star every visit. All the staff come out to say hello. Vets go out of their way to give the best advice and treatment and always discuss financial cost if treatments could be expensive, never any nasty surprises.

Expensive but bloody good service. Did a fantastic 20000 paw service on Toby our beagle. Recovered well and the ffollow up was excellent. Recommended if you have a spare kidney and are controlled ( that guilty feeling) by your pet as much as we are.

When I called told me what was wrong with my dog was an emergency and needed to go to the vet but couldn't move anything around for an appointment, was told to get an uber from parap to litchfield (as I can't drive). Very disappointed, and not the first time it's happened either. Doesn't feel like they care about their clients.

My little Chihuahua girl was a very unwell girl with the attention she received with tests they gave her she was relaxed as ever was never stressed and the antibiotics and with the painkiller & temperature control she feels much better. Thank you doctors for helping my girl to get better and your advice, she is back to herself and a happy girl.
