My order was processed at 0833 this morning. Haven’t received any confirmation to say the flowers were delivered. I’ve rung the number listed on the invoice multiple times and it rings out and goes to voicemail.Don’t know what’s going on.It was to be delivered to a patient who’s having major surgery at Westmead Hospital who obviously I can’t ring because she’s under anaesthetic.Wouldn’t recommend. No communication whatsoever, no tracking, doesn’t even answer calls !

Great product great service. When I first used them a few years ago I was worried they wouldn't provide premium experience as prices were cheap and they have a captive Hospital client base, however I go back every year now.

Lovely staff and reasonable prices. Location is within the hospital so ideally suited for situations called for within this environment. Parking has to be paid for and not suitable for outside patrons. Overall great service.

Have used them for several occasions: for Valentines, a new baby and just a 'thinking of you'. The flowers are always beautiful and delivered on time, every time! Well thought out and stunning bouquets & vases. Highly recommended!

I recently ordered an arrangement to be delivered within the Hospital to some colleagues who were grieving the loss of one of their own. I was very disappointed that the arrangement arrived in the late afternoon and that it looked nothing like the arrangement I ordered online. I also think the flowers used were not equal to the price that was paid. I realise on occasions substitutions need to be made but honestly the arrangement looked like it was created with whatever was left over at the end of the day. I always thought orders were created first thing upon opening and as close to what was requested as possible to achieve customer satisfaction. Looks like someone stuffed up this order!
