The national number is a disgrace!!!I was trying to find a phone number to ring a local Centrelink to find out if they had a client photocopy machine. It would only give an address via a very limited automated service. It must be debilitating for someone who was in crisis or needed to speak to someone urgently. I also tried to use the chat function on the app..... doesnt work either!! Everyone who pays taxes deserve better than this!!
