Palena Fresh always goes above and beyond with friendly, helpful customer service.I love a good shortcut and Palena's herb cubes are the best ingredient you can have in your freezer for creating quick healthy flavoursome meals.Love love love the jam, it's so delicious, and totally guilt free!

Regret not finding Palena Fresh earlier!! Keto is amazing but it can get boring especially when I don't cook, there's only so much steak, butter and cheese you can handle!Received my first order today and already had a bite out of nearly everything and all amazing. Unbelievable that Sausage Rolls, Cinnamon scrolls, Lamingtons, Cheesecakes etc have practically no carbs and taste just as good.So happy that I will be able to keep Keto-ing and not feel like I'm missing out on anything.Delivery was great too.Thanks so much x

I order from interstate and my delivery is always on time, fresh and well packed! I always order from the low carb range - I highly recommend the sesame seed bagels, they are amazing!! Always friendly and super helpful customer service from Mel and the team. If you haven’t tried their food, you’re missing out!

I have ordered the products interstate and every time it has been quick and the food has arrived packaged well and still frozen. The food itself is the highest quality, and tastes so yummy. I always have the bagels in my freezer, and I love the lasagne - its hard not to eat the whole tray in one sitting. For those interested in eating Keto or just taking care of yourself I cannot recommend these products enough. On top of it all, its a small business that is operating from passion for its products and it shows. Everyone who works there is awesome. Never been disappointed.

Mel is a genius! Amazing keto goodies and she has worked hard to find a way to post these goodies interstate! Always fresh, tasty and communication is brilliant. I know if I place an order that it will be processed efficiently and sent on schedule for interstate delivery. Palena Fresh are transparent with their food, ingredients, their order process, delivery methods and time frames. If there is ever a problem Mel works hard to find a solution and is great to work with. I have had numerous orders over several years and have no hesitation to continue ordering.

Wow! Palena Fresh food is so delicious! This is a small business that truly cares for people & their health, using top quality ingredients. Ordering online is so easy & hassle free and, for Sydneysiders, Mel has an open kitchen once a month where she bakes unbelievably crazy good sweets that are all keto approved, gluten free, diabetic friendly & unbelievably delicious! I saw people coming out of this open kitchen today, so excited with huge smiles on their faces. I highly recommend Palena Fresh.

The cheesecake cups were about the only thing I liked from my order. I didn't like the chocolate on the lamingtons. It was quite bitter and had a horrible taste. The cream inside tasted weird too. The cheese and bacon rolls tasted like they were a week old.. not fresh. The cinnamon scrolls were ok. Alot of money spent on this order and most of it will probably end up in the bin.

Palena Fresh is an absolute genius at creating the Best Low Carb Keto friendly products. I order from Melbourne and my food always arrives in such good condition and fresh, so easy to stick to my Keto lifestyle without missing out on the things I love , like lasagna, bread , burgers etc. The customer service from the lovely Mel is beyond compare , she always try’s to go above and beyond for her customers and is truly a beautiful soul to deal with.
