Absolutely horrible school. If you have a child who has learning difficulties, don't send he/she to school because they don't help they brush over your child as if they are worth nothing and act as if they say they're to hard to teach. My son has a bullying and learning problem at the school and they don't help. Please go to SJ or Armadale they're a lot better

Lovely school. Please put in a proper walking path from Larsen road to the college for safety reason. Please take action on chewing gums in school compound.

I've worked in education for many years but it's at Byford that I feel truly appreciated. The teachers really care about how the students are and their future pathways. Plus the grounds and facilities are amazing.

Bullies are protected. Told you have to expect bullying. Grand daughter physically attacked, grandson has been bullied since the first day of term. Schools way of dealing with it is to ignore it. Absolutely disgusted.

First time experiencing bullying in my life, and with teachers literally ignoring the situation even after I told them. Also why are we being tested on topics that we haven't even been taught, and then we suddenly learned about it after the test had finished. Do you want me to fail or something? At the Awards Ceremony, some of the awards for specific subjects weren't even handed out (Music), and why are we doing Pathway as a subject if isn't included as one of the subject you can get an Award Certificate for. Seriously, just have homerooms at this point. Also the the hell did someone get 4.79 or 4.82 as their GPA. I did the maths according to the way they told us, and the numbers, when divided by the number of subjects, doesn't even equal to those GPA.

When my little dearest son went to this school for the first few weeks he acted normal made a few friends and was very happy. The next term he would come back with new bruises everyday and was very sad, he didn't want to talk and he was very shy, he started to fake sick to skip school and it turns out the teachers were calling my son an immigrant and racial slurs regarding the African American community and the students were holding him by the ankles, spinning him around and then slinging him into the roof with so much velocity he would go through the roof and guess what, I didn't get a single message from the school regarding the racial slurs and the physical bullying don't send your child to this school!

I've had two kids go through this school, both have had a positive experience. One is less academic than the other and is now attending TAFE, with one still in attendance.I have found the staff caring and diligent on the most part, and the friends my kids have made at the school are amazing kids.Are there things that could be better? Sure...but overall the facilities are amazing, the staff are great, and I am very happy with the choice to send my boys here.

This is a horrible school my son previously attend this school and was bullied multiply times, I contacted the school multiple times, went in to speak to the deputy principle about how my son was being treated, they said they would deal with the matter but they didn't. My son started going through depression and anxiety he didn't feel safe to go out or even go to school. I have seen students from the school fighting and smoking near school grounds. I have seen 3 fight near hungry jacks and IGA. This is a terrible school I suggest you think otherwise for your children and for the sake of their education and safety, in my opinion Serpentine Jarrahdale is a better school.

good school for the most part if u hang out with nice people. ms gillam should gat a raise tho :)

Its not a great school. There are problems with fights amongst student and bullying which are majorily being ignored. The school lacks communication skills with both staff, students and parents/guardians. They prioritise the ATAR and sports kids over the general students and reward the same people over and over rather than give the students who have largly improved in all areas the recognition they deserve. I could be here all day but ill leave it at that.
