Unbelievable service and work ethics. Work so clean and tidy. Did accuracy what the owner said in the quote! Highly recommend them for your electrical work.

Three days before Christmas and my aircon stopped working so in desperation I contacted Power Plus Air who I’ve used previously for electrical work. I didn't expect it to all happen so quickly, but was just hoping to be squeezed in somewhere. They got it up and running that same afternoon with a new motor. The oldies will be so much happier on Christmas day, and we are so thankful to Power Plus Air, and highly recommend them for your electrical work. Always prompt, respectful and courteous, and I can’t fault their work.

Had a very good experience dealing with Power Plus Air. I had my split system ACs installed in spring and have tested them out over summer although this summer was quite mild so the units probably weren't stressed too much. Firstly, Darren was fantastic to deal with and i appreciated his communication, knowledge and easy going nature. We had an old decommissioned ducted evaporative unit which I got Power Plus Air to remove as well. Additionally we had some asbestos eaves but they were able to work around this complication.The installer they used was also fantastic. Im sorry I forgot his name (and some of the other guys too). Very friendly and polite, on time, easy going, did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave a mess! For those who are a little indecisive on placement of the outdoor units, Power Plus Air were accommodating in allowing me to decide on the day exactly where I wanted to place them which was great as I changed the position slightly from the quote provided. Yes there was an additional charge but happy to have the choice.All up my wife and I are very happy and would certainly recommend Darren and his team.For those wondering we got 3x Mitsubishi Heavy Industries air conditioners. So far so good.

I was referred to this company after a less than average experience with another company. I had a major issue with my aircon and the quote Darren gave me was reasonable and had no hidden costs. He explained everything to me very clearly. My total cost even ended up coming in under the original estimation which was amazing. Extremely happy with the service provided by Darren and Team from Power Plus Air. Darren came and provided a quote for a ducted system and explained everything regarding the install. We wanted the install to be done quick as it was freezing in the house. Darren was able to book it in within a few days. The team was very professional, they arrived on time, completed the install and cleaned up before they left. Yesterday the installer from power plus air came and replaced my ancient split systems - they were over 20 years old and no longer effective. I now have 2 fully functioning split aircon systems in my home in preparation for a hot summer. Dealing with power plus air was simple - I wanted a quote and Glenn arrived on time for the quote. The quote was comparable with what I'd expect to pay if I'd purchased from a large franchise (ie. Good guys or Harvey Norman) and organised installation. The added bonus for me was he provided me with advice based on his (years of) experience. Love the service and would highly recommend.

Excellent service from everyone involved from start to finish. Would definitely recommend if you are looking at getting your ducted a/c unit replaced.
