I went to Rockmans this morning. I can't say the service was bad....it was non existent. I failed to find the jeans I wanted, and decided not to bother with anything else. I felt unwelcome.

I was not impressed with service I received today.The sales assistant clearly did not want to be there.Told me rather grumpily that she had just tidied the shelf of trousers I was looking through so could I keep it that way.Other times it has been good so depends who is on that day as to the level of service

Rockmans in Northam Boulevard Shopping Centre is a Great clothing shop for ladies. It has a relaxed atmosphere and great layout and the staff are always friendly and helpful to customers needs. I quite often visit here forr the lady in my life as I know she loves the clothing here. They are always price comparative and usually have lots of SpecialOn racks. Cheers.
