I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism displayed by the staff (Petrina and Laelani - apologies for any misspellings).Not only were they professional in their attitude to their work, but they made the patient feel at ease with their friendliness.There were no high pressure tactics which I very much appreciated.I have no hesitation in recommending the ihear Hearing Clinic at Highfields -as long as the same staff are RETAINED.Dennis Thorsby.

I travel an hour to have a hearing check and aid reviewed. I get home to find all settings in my aids have been wiped out and I have to make anther appointment to reprogram them.(an hour away). I will be looking for anther provider as the highfields operatiog hours are not convenient for me.have a nice day!
