Dont trust the 5 star reviews, because they were all incentivesed for 5% off.. Really disappointed with the service here! Not only did my appointment got rescheduled last minute to a junior person, they also rushed the appointment and did a very bad job for my extensions! More than half of them dropped within a week, honestly the worst in Melbourne and I've done many eyelash extension. When I told them, they pratically ignored it too.. Bad customer service..

Super impressed with the nail art I got here. It was very durable and lasted the entire 6 weeks. It is conveniently located in the CBD and the salon was very clean. I will be returning for my next set!

I love getting my lashes done in here. I love how natural it is but so pretty at the same time. It saves so much time of doing makup everyday without mascaras! Staffs are so kind and professional as well :) I highly recommend this shop.

Shout out to Nancy, she does such an amazing job and takes her time w prep and takes care of your cuticles. Plus she can recreate anything you like. 10/10 recommend!

Cannot rate enough! I was visiting from overseas and was looking for a quality eyelash refill that didn't blow the budget, and I was so impressed. Amazing service, beautiful premises, and lovely staff. My lash artist was so professional and knowledgeable. Don't be afraid to try these guys out!

Amazing service and staff! I go there every month to get my lashes done with Sabrina, amazing conversations and amazing service, lovely atmosphere so calming and relaxing, Sabrina always listens to what I want and offer suggestions if I’m not sure what to do and her suggestions are always on point, love the place!
