Ozland Security has shown efficient and good quality security, cleaning and maintenance services, i highly recommend this company. they have shown the upmost professional and responsive services.

If I could rate this company 0 stars I definitely would. Unprofessional and time wasters. Went to one of they're job interviews which I was told I would get a call back to start work the following week. They never bothered to call back. Then when I called and spoke to the lady who interviewed me she said she would call back again but nothing. I'm lucky I didn't get the position at this point I can imagine how unprofessional they are with they're security staff. STAY AWAY!!!

Big problem of payment with Mr reece JonesThe company doesn't pay the way they treat the workers is illegal. Please let me introduce to you the situation.My name is yuly lopez, I accept to work in the company  for be prestigious and reputed., your regional manager Reece Jones call us 02 April offering  a job in Melbourne about cleaning  the shops JD sports.Me and my brother started to work here from 11 April/ 19 till last Friday 12 July/19.Mr reece Jones made an agreement with us about:21 per week of work and be paid 26 dollars each of us plus taxes. And we commitment us(yuly and fernando)put chemicals,  mops pay petrol car park and whatever if we need for the clean. ( I HAVE PROOFS WITH TEXT MESSAGES )Also Mr Reece Jones call us for differents jobs like:Glue shop 12 hours and additional hours for visiting like in chadstone 12 May for 8 hours or deeper clean in Melbourne Central, Northland shopping Center and and Doncaster shopping Center 10 hoursWe had a reporting of your payment in my account about 6.048 dollars but in the total hours we counted are 302 hours. is a mind of 7852 dollars plus taxes.We started to work from 11 April till 12 July.The main  issue is the payment late, and the second one is Mr Reece Jones never send us a payslip of taxation., we making  a deal working in taxes no cash in hand.In the last weeks we requested to Mr Reece Jones for the payslip and he told us he is putting the salary under my ABN, without my authority, also my ABN is block so he decide put the salary with the abn of my brother, and I requested pay us more because we have to pay now our taxes.Also he  change the conditions of pay making 26 for me and 23 for my brother, (SOMETHING LIKE WE DIDN'T ACCEPT) when I discussed with him in good words, he decided to finish the contract. Something no fair and bad treatment. and again putting the salary in 25 without taxes, something like isn't fair.We have been call the manager reece Jones for fix the payment but doesn't answer our calls, always post the date and making a stories about he putting in the account of my brother and we have to wait 1 week more and 1 week more.,He is been play with our payment and another issue make us worry is a person call Martina, your administractive secretary report us she didn't know Reece Jones and he doesn't work there(We recorded the conversation when she said that) so that's why we been report the company because is confuse and cheat behavior with the workers.We are just asking for the rest of our payment. 1804 dollars, no anything more.I hope and trust you will pay us, we worked hard and we don't want to take the situation higher, our rights are important like a worker.Appreciate your time and help Mr Peter Harris.If you need copy of text or timesheets or anything please us know, we  have full documentation.We waiting for your soon response.Respond the emails or I will start to call. Reece Jones don't want to pay me this type of company is rabbish. Don't pay and treat you bad.I worked for 3 months for this company cleaning in JD Sports shops and always they pay me after 5 or 6 weeks when I told the manager call Reece Jones, he fair me and now dontdwant to pay me the last 5 weeks job. Don't trust in this people. Even taxes pay

Reece Jones is a bad personDont pay And the company doesn't care. be careful don't work here and don't call for a service. They steal the workers.
