The lady who served me today was absolutely lovely. Very knowledgeable about their products, and dispensing was really fast! Had a great vibe as soon as I walked into the place.

I have been using Shaw Road Pharmacy for the past 10 plus years & have always been very satisfied with their service. They are always flexible regarding how they deliver services to their customers including face to face & over the phone when necessary ensuring I have my prescriptions filled without fail. They also helped when travelling to ensure I've always had prescriptions & medications that I need daily so I can enjoy a holiday without worry regarding the above. I highly recommend Shaw Road Pharmacy with all the services & products they offer & customer service is better than any I've received elsewhere. There is also Shaw Road Medical Centre next door so you can see a quality doctor/s & then fill prescriptions conveniently after your appointment if necessary.

It is so good to attend a local pharmacy. Shaw Road Pharmacy are next to my GP. A bonus. The staff are superb, helpful, knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful. I would highly recommend them.

Couldn’t believe that only the second time I visited this shop, Lucy not only remembered my name but asked if my great granddaughter enjoyed the gift I had purchased. This is now my go-to pharmacy, even though there are others closer to my home!
