Wulf Projects

We recently renovated our forever home with Wulf Projects. We had a clear vision of what we wanted but weren't quite sure how to achieve it. From the first meeting with Magellan it was obvious he was our man! He immediately picked up on that vision and not only helped bring it to life but added to it. Any problems were quickly solved and he had a great eye for detail. His project management skills shone in that things progressed quickly and even allowed for us to get in and paint throughout the renovation. Magellan and his team are friendly, respectful, tidy and perfectionists. His pricing was very competitive without compromising the quality. We will definitely be calling on Wulf Projects in the future for our second stage renovation.

I can not recommend Magellan highly enough. He was the loveliest, accomodating and skilful builder I have encountered. He left the worksite immaculate each day, his work is one of a perfectionists and I found him to be very upfront and honest. He replied to all of my calls and emails promptly and went the extra mile at all times. I wish his business the very best success. He deserves it!

When I first moved to Newcastle three years ago I found it hard to find a good builder who would answer my messages, give me a quote and start the job in a reasonable amount of time.I have had Wulf Projects do three jobs on my house so far and I have been impressed every time for the following reasons:1. Returned my call shortly after I left my message and arranged a time to visit the site. They told me they can do the job and said they will organise a quote before the following night. It arrived via email that very evening and it was reasonable. It was very detailed outlining everything - no hidden costs or issues with the work to be conducted.2. Punctual. The team arrived earlier than expected and started prepping ready for the day. I had plenty of questions and Magellan answered them all. I had complete confidence that I could leave the house and come back knowing that he had the same mental model as I described that I wanted from the get go.3. Attention to detail. I am a little OCD, and I could tell that Magellan put real thought into where he placed beams and posts etc. Symmetry and colour was taken into consideration and it was clear that he wouldn't have been happy to just 'slap it up'.4. Considered other ways to tackle an issue when one appeared. It's good to know that someone will just do what you requested, but Magellan offered other options which were going to work better and look better as well. It was great to be able to pick his brain and get his imput.5. Price. His prices seemed reasonable for all 3 jobs, and knowing that I'm going to get a quality product, I was happy with them all.Overall, yes I would recommend Wulf projects. They'll be doing my next job for sure.

From start to finish Wulf Projects were fantastic! From the prompt initial meeting until my renovations were completed Magellan treated me like I was the only customer they had.I had a bathroom renovation & two decks built and am extremly happy with the quality of the workmanship, timely communications and the completion of the project in the scheduled time, and the tidiness of the construction site from start until completion was incredible!I have no hesitations recommending Wulf Projects as a preferred builder for quality and value!!

Magellan and his team at Wulf Projects built our 12x3M deck using beautiful timber. We are so pleased with the job. Magellan has a high standard and his carpentry work is perfect. I would recommend Wulf Projects to anyone wishing to complete a small or large building project.

Magellan completed a project for me back in 2017, he provided a very competitive quote and was easy to deal with. I had no problem leaving the country and let him do his thing and came back to what felt like a new house. Top builder and bloke would recommend.
