Fraser Island Towing

Sharon and Andrew operate their towing business on Fraser Island (Eurong). We operate our own 4WD hire business (Rainbow Beach Adventure Centre 4WD Hire) and work with Andrew when we need assistance and also recommend them to private vehicles owners who need assistance on Fraser Island - for the incredibly tough and unforgiving terrain the island presents, it is fantastic to have such a service. Andrew stocks batteries and we can assist in efficient parts delivery if repairs are able to be completed on the island. A starter motor or alternator replacement for instance is certainly doable. This service is unique and saves the customer time, inconvenience and above all money.

Fantastic service by everyone we dealt with from Carolyn in the office who kept me calm and assisted me with everything I needed to our tow truck driver on the Island and mechanics at Rainbow. You all saved our holiday and kept us moving with a hire car on the island and looking after my vehicle. Not only getting it back on the road but you got it back to me on the Island. We had an issue where our 4WD function was not working on our vehicle and the mechanic on the island was unavailable all day. Scotty came out and checked everything and worked out what the issue was, fixed it for us on the spot. Even though the issue was not towing related at all Scotty was happy to help us out and saved us a whole day by doing so. Highly recommend Fraser Island Towing, we are so grateful for Scotty’s help!

Really great service from Scott on our first day at Fraser. Had a small issue with the FWD and needed it checked out. We rocked up at his house and he sorted it all out for us, no problem. The rest of the trip was smooth sailing thanks to his knowledge! Highly recommended!!

Fraser Island Towing is a friend of the unfortunate, the unprepared and the P platers. They provide a great service on the island. I did witness one of their vehicle recoveries. It makes me wonder if they should also have a separate business where they teach people SAFETY and how to PROPERLY drive their vehicle.

These guys are awesome,We had a very unfortunate experience where we were stuck on a inland track, we didn't see another vehicle in 1.5hrs while we tried to dig ourselves out, we were trying to get the mantra barge, and it was already after 5. We finally got through to Fraser towing and they were on the scene within 20mins, we were pulled free in the next few minutes and what's more, they asked the mantra barge to wait for us! We were the last vehicle off the island that day! These guys are truly sent from heaven.

We cannot thank Fraser Island Towing enough for rescheduling there jobs to come to our aid and get our vehicle back to Eurong from Eli Creek then on to Rainbow Beach the following day.Big thanks to Darren and Jamie and all the team for your excellent service.Paul & Cathy

I cannot thank the team enough.Unfortunately we had a mechanical breakage over the weekend on Fraser Island and the whole team at Fraser Island Towing did everything to still make our weekend still special.From collecting our 4WD, suppling a rental, and repairs to get us back on the road on time to travel north.Great team and I will be sure to subscribe to there towing service on our next visit.Thank You

didn't have to use it thank god, but I'm sure they would have been just as nice as all the other staff that work on the island.
