Great healthy treats that my dog loved, wonderful service and staff.

The team at pet project always do an amazing job.I won’t get my dog groomed anywhere else.Olive always looks amazing and is not nervous being there at all.Would highly recommend.

After two years + of regular bi monthly appointments for my dog, this place cancels an appointment with one week notice due to staff issues. Their only suggestion was to rebook an appointment in two months time, or, if u want something sooner to look at other groomers. Definitely don't look after their regular clients.

I cannot recommend Pet Project enough. They are gentle, kind, caring and super professional. They listen to any concerns you may have and assure you that your fur baby is in the most capable of hands. This is a serious boutique experience. 10 stars if I could. Thank you :0)

The Team at Pet Project are very friendly & professional.I have 2 Cavoodles that get groomed by the team there every 3 weeks and they always do a fantastic job. My babies look so good and always come back happy and I never need to worry about leaving them there.Keep up the good work, I highly recommend them

My little Toy Poodle always happy and struts her stuff after her wash, cut and fluff, always do a superb job.

It my first time for my fur baby, and I didn't know about this place before beside from I have seen it their name. I am very happy how Yuki, and Alex treat him. My fur baby is timid and very defensive so I understand how handfuls he could be. Yuki has managed him to trim his face and get into style that I want. He comes home happy. Definitely will come again.

We've had our beloved puppies groomed at The Pet Project for a number of years (along with our pet food and dog toys in recent times), and whilst their grooming services have always been quite good, today we experienced what can only be described as an act of arrogance, inflexibility, insensitivity, and a complete disregard for a most loyal, long-term customer.Our two fur babies had been booked for their regular groom on Tuesday 14th February 2023, and much to our distress our youngest became extremely ill and was admitted to hospital on Monday evening (which included IV rehydration). She is still in hospital as I type this review on Tuesday evening.After leaving the hospital close to midnight on Monday evening, my fiancé called The Pet Project on Tuesday morning to advise them that our youngest was unable to attend the appointment today as a result of her hospitalisation, and that only our eldest would be able to attend. We were immediately advised that a $35 cancellation fee would be charged as a result of our youngest being unable to attend. When questioned as to whether this was appropriate under the circumstances, Alex responded in an unreasonably assertive and rude manner, stating that this is our policy, and the fee would be charged.I've been in business for over 20 years, and whilst I agree it is imperative that businesses implement policies to protect cash-flow and deter no shows"

Really happy with the grooms we’ve had from The Pet Project for our two cavoodles George Michael and Prince. Such an excellent attention to detail - their faces, paws and nether regions are perfect. Would recommend!
