Have been dealing with Hilary at Buxtons Hampton East in relation to our rental in Parkdale. After a significant renovation we were looking to put the right person in the property. Hilary vetted all applicants and treated the property as if it was her own. When Hilary wasn't happy neither were we..She is excellent to deal with and approaches her job in a friendly and professional manner. I am so happy she is looking after our beachside apartment. For Mum, selling the home my father built in the 50's could have been a dreadfully traumatic experience. However, Paul Sibley ensured this necessary step was handled with respect and' thoughtfulness. From our first meeting he came across as genuine, highly professional and very approachable. He valued and achieved every one of Mum's wishes to the extent that if she could have 'hand picked' the purchasers herself, these were the ones he delivered. The sale of the family home was seamless. Paul and the Buxton team addressed each of our questions and needs promptly, they explained the process clearly and were always good humoured. I was very impressed and greatful on Mum's behalf.

Seems like renters and landlords get burned alike here by the middle man. I was renting with Buxton the same place for 2 years, maintenance request were always ignored or went missing" since small issues were not addressed they turned into big issues which then the agents tried to blame me for and use my bond on. After my contract was up I had enough and spend 6 weeks with my sister living in a van :(By a big coincidence I happened to make contact with my old landlord as the agent cc'ed the owner by accident in one of the emails. Basically the owner wasn't aware about any of the issues I was raising with the agents

Noel gave us a very professional presentation on what his agency offered and took us through many recent sales in the area. Based on this information he provided us with his estimate on what our home would fetch. It turned out to be spot on. He worked tirelessly opening the house 3 times a week and organising further viewings on request from potential buyers. I have no hesitation in recommending Noel, a very experienced, knowledgeable hard working agent.
